SME Registration Refund Policy

1. General Policy

CEE strives to provide a seamless registration process for SMEs seeking funding. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

• Application rejected due to non-compliance with eligibility criteria.
• Technical errors caused by CEE’s platform preventing registration.
• Refund request submitted within 4 days of payment without onboarding or evaluation.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• SME has been evaluated, onboarded, or assigned to an investor.
• Withdrawal after completing registration.
• Registration fee used for business development, certification, or investor matchmaking services.
• Disqualification due to inaccurate business details or missing documents.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds processed within 14 business days.
• A 10% processing fee applies to cover administrative costs.
• Requests must be sent via email to [email protected] with payment receipt and reason.

5. Exceptional Cases

CEE reserves the right to review refunds on a case-by-case basis, including regulatory changes affecting SME participation.
